The race started at 14:26. Rudolf Beňo got off to a flying start and managed to fight his way up to 4th place within the opening metres.
In the end, the race took place on a dry track. Although it was overcast and rain could have fallen at any moment, track conditions were 19 °C with 68 % humidity.
In the 8th lap, the Safety Car was deployed after one of the cars went off the track into the gravel trap at the final corner before the home straight. The Safety Car returned to the pits two laps before the end of the race, approximately 3 minutes before the chequered flag.
Unfortunately, at the restart, Rudolf Beňa’s #444 car was overtaken and our driver dropped back to 5th place.
A total of 12 laps were completed in the race, 24 cars started the race and one failed to finish.
