The fourth weekend of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe series included a trip outside of Central Europe to Grobnik, Croatia (03.–05. 09. 2026). Two of our drivers entered the race for the Šenkýř Motorsport team – Pavel Bouška (Masters and eProAM categories) and Matyáš Faiereisl (Rookies, Pro and ePro categories). And despite the more modest composition in terms of the number of drivers, we achieved very good results.
Automotodrom Grobnik located near the popular tourist destination of Rijeka, was a completely new track for us at Šenkýř Motorsport. The circuit opened in 1978; between 1978 and 1990, it hosted the Yugoslavian MotoGP, the track is 4,168 meters long, with 18 turns – 8 right-handers and 10 left-handers – and one lap takes less than one and a half minutes. But these were just statistics and we had to make the best of them. September 3–5, 2026, the Grobnik Circuit welcomed us for another weekend of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe.
Matyáš Faiereisl finished in the qualifiers on P2. From second place, he managed to finish in the sprints on P3 andP2, and in the 100-mile endurance race on P2 (Pro and ePro).
Pavel Bouška was similarly successful, getting P2 in the qualifiers. He finished the sprint races on P3 and P2 (Masters), and in a pair with Jarek Janiš, they finished the endurance race on P2 (eProAM).
After four racing weekends, Matyáš Faiereisl currently holds first place in the overall ranking of drivers in the Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe 2026 series.
The next stop of the PSCCE 2026 awaits us in our home environment, at the Masaryk Circuit in less than a month, on September 24-26, 2026.

Matyáš took home a fantastic 2nd place in both the ePro class and the overall standings from the 100-mile endurance race in Croatia at the 2026 PSCCE Grobnik.
The 100-mile endurance race in Croatia has come to an end, and both of our cars successfully crossed the finish line. A total of 49 laps were completed, and the race included one mandatory pit stop with a driver change.
Matyáš Faiereisl fought his way to the front of the race in the 5th lap and gradually began to build a lead. He held onto first place until the 37th lap, when he lost the lead and ultimately finished second. Matyáš also set the fastest lap of the entire race with a time of 1:25.023.
Pavel Bouška moved up to 8th place in the opening laps but subsequently dropped one position. After about 27 minutes, on lap 17, he finished his stint in 9th place overall and headed into the pits for the mandatory pit stop and driver change. Jarek Janiš then took the wheel and held that position until the finish.

Today’s program at the Grobnik Circuit isn’t over yet. At 4:50 p.m., the one-hour “100 Miles of Croatia” endurance race will begin.
The race also includes a mandatory pit stop with a predetermined minimum duration. This is primarily intended for driver changes, if any, as well as tire changes, if necessary. If a driver completes the entire race alone without a driver change, he must still adhere to the specified minimum pit stop time.
So we’re in for another hour of racing, tactics, and battling for the best possible result!

The second Saturday sprint race of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe at the Grobnik Circuit in Croatia, which started at 2:20 p.m., has come to an end.
And once again, we have reason to celebrate! Both of our drivers improved by one position compared to the first race. Matyáš Faiereisl secured 2nd place in the Pro class and 2nd place overall. Pavel Bouška finished in 2nd place in the Masters class and 11th overall.
The Safety Car was deployed on the track right in the first lap, and the field followed it for the first four laps, totaling 11:52 minutes. The race lasted 25:22 minutes, during which the drivers completed 14 laps.

The second PSCCE26 sprint race on Saturday at the Automotodrom Grobnik circuit in Croatia has just started! Now it’s all up to our drivers.
Our drivers, #9 Matyáš Faiereisl and #7 Pavel Bouška, have taken to the track.
Matyáš Faiereisl is starting from the front row in P2, while Pavel Bouška is starting from the sixth row in P12.
A total of 13 drivers in Porsche 992 GT3 Cup cars are on the starting grid.
The first 25-minute sprint race on the Grobnik circuit has come to an end. During the race, the Safety Car came out on Lap 5 and remained on the track for a total of five laps. A total of 15 laps were completed.

The second qualifying session for the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe at the Grobnik Circuit is now successfully behind us. Both of our drivers—#7 Pavel Bouška and #9 Matyáš Faiereisl—managed to improve on their times from the first qualifying session.
The times set in the second qualifying session are also their fastest qualifying times to date.
Matyáš Faiereisl secured P2! Matyáš will therefore start the first race from good starting position. Great work by the entire team!

Qualifying 1 at PSCCE Grobnik 2026
After about 12 minutes, qualifying was interrupted by a red flag. This time, it was #7 Pavel Bouška who caused the red flag by driving into the gravel trap. After returning to the pits, however, Pavel was able to quickly get back on the track and continue qualifying with the goal of setting the fastest lap possible.

Matyáš Faiereisl set the second-fastest lap of the entire qualifying session and is currently in P2 in his class, just 0.119 s behind the fastest driver. He also holds P2 in the overall standings.

A total of 14 drivers took part in qualifying. Track conditions were ideal, with a temperature of 23 °C and sunny skies.

The Šenkýř Motorsport team will field two Porsche 992 GT3 Cup cars in today’s races. Matyáš Faiereisl and Pavel Bouška will be behind the wheels of cars #9 and #7. Jarek Janiš will also join Pavel Bouška in car #7 for the endurance race.
The race weekend is taking place in Croatia at the Automotodrom Grobnik circuit as part of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe series.

Results of the last practice session at the Grobnik circuit
Due to a change in the PSCCE schedule, practice sessions 6 and 7 were combined into a single two-hour “open lane” practice session, which took place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Matyáš Faiereisl set the fastest time overall and in his class during this extended practice session, as well as the second-fastest time of all practice sessions held at the Grobnik circuit over the two practice days.

Coach Jarek Janiš also took to the track in car #7 to evaluate the setup changes we made to our Porsche 992 GT3 Cup race cars based on the test laps we had completed. His best time was 1:25.667, and he completed 11 laps.
Twenty-one race drivers took to the track for the final practice session; the temperature was 30 °C with 35% humidity, and the sky was almost completely clear. The red flag was raised again from 4:25 p.m. to 4:38 p.m.
Tomorrow, Saturday, will be race day, featuring two qualifying sessions, followed by two sprint races and one endurance race as part of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe.
The fifth practice session at PSCCE Grobnik (HR) is over!
A total of 17 race cars took to the track for the fifth practice session, including our drivers Pavel Bouška (#7) and Matyáš Faiereisl (#9). The session was interrupted for about 10 minutes by a red flag, which slightly shortened its duration.

Coaches before the first training session on Thursday
Our coaches, Jarek Janiš and Richard Gonda—without Robert Šenkýř for now—are working on setting up our race cars for the Grobnik Automotodrom in Croatia, a new track for us.
It is on this very circuit that we will be competing this race weekend as part of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe.
Pavel started joining us at trackday events with his Porsche and soon decided to become part of our BE A RACE DRIVER project.
Thanks to hard work, perseverance and a passion for motorsport, he has gradually developed into a fast and confident driver who now successfully takes part with us in several racing series. As part of our Classic program, Pavel also competed in the very demanding 24h Classic race at the Nürburgring in the BMW M3 E30 during the 2025 season.
With his current Lamborghini Huracan Supertrofe Evo II, he participates in all our race tests and the Endless Summer program, Carbonia Cup races, and with a racing driver's license, he has already tried out two races of the International Czech Circuit Championship and the Porsche 992 Cup Central Europe races.
As a young driver, Matyas will compete in the overall classification and in the Rookies standings for drivers under 25. His journey toward a racing career began two years ago with his first sessions in a BMW M2 Trackday Evo. In the 2025 season, he moved to the new BMW M4 GT4 G82, with which he started his very first race ever in the Carbonia Cup. At the end of the 2025 season came his debut — and immediately his first pole position — in a Czech Championship race in Brno, followed by three wins in the final round of the series at Balaton in Hungary. Matyas already tried the Porsche during free practice for the final PSCCE 2025 race in Brno and impressed with his speed.

According to statistics, the most successful Slovak rider in terms of the number of victories in major international races gained pole position and the highest percentage chance of winning the race. In his career, he won the prestigious Formula F3 Eurocup series and also tried out the special Formula GP2, GP3 and Indy-lights. Since 2017, he has been a pilot in GT3 category races for Šenkýř Motorsport team.
Czech race car driver, first Czech driver of the Champ Car World Series and second in Formula 1. In 2003, he was the official test driver of the Jordan F1 team. On October 24, 2004, as the first Czech, he started for the first time in the ChampCar race on the circuit in Surfers Paradise. Still active as a test and racing driver in the GT3 category. Since 2017 he has been cooperating with Šenkýř Motorsport as an engineer in the FIA CEZ and International GT Open series.
Two-time European hillclimb champion in the overall classification of touring cars division, multiple champion of the Czech and Slovak Republic in hillclimb and circuit races, long-term official member of the Czech national team and driver with a successful thirty-year racing career. Founder and owner of the Šenkýř Motorsport team, who created the methodology and concept of 1:1 coaching for trackday cars and their drivers.
We will field two cars out of a total of 29 entrants in the race at Tor Poznań as part of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe, and according to the starting list, we have one of the largest contingent on the starting grid.

The Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe enters its eighth season in 2026. The championship will feature six race weekends at some of Central Europe’s most prestigious circuits, including the Formula 1 venues of the Red Bull Ring and the Hungaroring.
Each race weekend consists of two 25-minute sprint races and one 60-minute endurance race. All 18 races can be contested either individually or by a pair of drivers, and thanks to the various classifications, the series offers competitive opportunities for drivers of all experience levels.
The grid will consist exclusively of Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992) cars, meaning the championship uses the same machinery as the renowned Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup. In keeping with the slogan “Bring your family and friends,” the PSCCE hospitality area at every event provides an ideal platform for entertaining sponsors and business partners.
All official practice sessions, qualifying sessions, and races will take place on Fridays and Saturdays.
The sixth and final weekend of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe series! This time, from October 8–11, 2026, we headed to the Hungarian Hungaroring, a track we hadn’t explored much. And it was a real challenge. Matyáš Faiereisl and Pavel Bouška took part in the weekend and successfully tackled the track.
The fifth race weekend of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe series took us to our home circuit in Brno at the end of September. We fielded three cars – Matyáš Faiereisl, Pavel Bouška, and Radek Kolařík – competing in Šenkýř Motorsport colors. Each of our drivers managed to make it onto the podium over the course of the weekend.

And once again, we have reason to celebrate! Both of our drivers improved by one position compared to the first race. Matyáš Faiereisl secured 2nd place in the Pro class and 2nd place overall. Pavel Bouška finished in 2nd place in the Masters class and 11th overall.
The Safety Car was deployed on the track right in the first lap, and the field followed it for the first four laps, totaling 11:52 minutes. The race lasted 25:22 minutes, during which the drivers completed 14 laps.
Our drivers’ results in the second race:
Thirteen drivers in Porsche 992 GT3 Cup cars lined up at the start of the race; 12 of them crossed the finish line. Conditions: 28 °C, humidity 54%, wind 10 km/h, and partly cloudy.

The second PSCCE26 sprint race on Saturday at the Automotodrom Grobnik circuit in Croatia has just started! Now it’s all up to our drivers.
Our drivers, #9 Matyáš Faiereisl and #7 Pavel Bouška, have taken to the track.
Matyáš Faiereisl is starting from the front row in P2, while Pavel Bouška is starting from the sixth row in P12.
A total of 13 drivers in Porsche 992 GT3 Cup cars are on the starting grid.
The first 25-minute sprint race on the Grobnik circuit has come to an end. During the race, the Safety Car came out on Lap 5 and remained on the track for a total of five laps. A total of 15 laps were completed.
Results of the first race:
Fourteen drivers started the race, and 12 cars finished. Two cars did not finish the race. Track conditions: 28 °C, sunny, and a light breeze.
Matyáš thus secured a podium finish in both the Pro category and overall in the first race, while Pavel claimed 3rd place in the Masters class.

The second qualifying session for the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe at the Grobnik Circuit is now successfully behind us. Both of our drivers—#7 Pavel Bouška and #9 Matyáš Faiereisl—managed to improve on their times from the first qualifying session.
The times set in the second qualifying session are also their fastest qualifying times to date.
Matyáš Faiereisl secured P2! Matyáš will therefore start the first race from good starting position. Great work by the entire team!
Results from the second qualifying session for our drivers:
A total of 14 drivers took part in the second qualifying session, and track conditions were sunny again, with a temperature of 26 °C.
The second qualifying session starts at 9:35. Our drivers are therefore already in their cars and focusing on the race ahead before heading out onto the track.
Meanwhile, our technicians are finishing up the final service checks. As soon as everything is ready, we’ll put on new tires and head out to fight for the best possible times!
After about 12 minutes, qualifying was interrupted by a red flag. This time, it was #7 Pavel Bouška who caused the red flag by driving into the gravel trap. After returning to the pits, however, Pavel was able to quickly get back on the track and continue qualifying with the goal of setting the fastest lap possible.
Results of the first qualifying session for our drivers:
Matyáš Faiereisl set the second-fastest lap of the entire qualifying session and is currently in P2 in his class, just 0.119 s behind the fastest driver. He also holds P2 in the overall standings.
Pavel Bouška is currently in P3 in his class and ranks 13th overall.
A total of 14 drivers took part in qualifying. Track conditions were ideal, with a temperature of 23 °C and sunny skies.

#9 Matyáš Faiereisl and #7 Pavel Bouška took to the Automotodrom Grobnik circuit for the first qualifying session of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe in Croatia.
Two qualifying sessions are scheduled for today—the first starts at 9:00 a.m., the second at 9:30 a.m. Each qualifying session will last 20 minutes.
Securing the best possible starting position is crucial for the races, so keep your fingers crossed for our drivers and hope they set the fastest times!

The Šenkýř Motorsport team will field two Porsche 992 GT3 Cup cars in today’s races. Matyáš Faiereisl and Pavel Bouška will be behind the wheels of cars #9 and #7. Jarek Janiš will also join Pavel Bouška in car #7 for the endurance race.
The race weekend is taking place in Croatia at the Automotodrom Grobnik circuit as part of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe series.
Today, we can look forward to both sprint races as well as the 100-mile Croatia endurance race.
Race Day Schedule:
Today, temperatures are expected to be around 30 °C, with clear skies and only a light breeze.
A mandatory part of every race weekend is the Drivers Briefing, which all drivers who wish to compete in the race must attend. Our coaches also attend the briefing alongside the drivers.
This time, we attended it on Friday afternoon, after a day of practice.
Due to a change in the PSCCE schedule, practice sessions 6 and 7 were combined into a single two-hour “open lane” practice session, which took place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Matyáš Faiereisl set the fastest time overall and in his class during this extended practice session, as well as the second-fastest time of all practice sessions held at the Grobnik circuit over the two practice days.
Our drivers’ results:
Coach Jarek Janiš also took to the track in car #7 to evaluate the setup changes we made to our Porsche 992 GT3 Cup race cars based on the test laps we had completed. His best time was 1:25.667, and he completed 11 laps.
Twenty-one race drivers took to the track for the final practice session; the temperature was 30 °C with 35% humidity, and the sky was almost completely clear. The red flag was raised again from 4:25 p.m. to 4:38 p.m.
Tomorrow, Saturday, will be race day, featuring two qualifying sessions, followed by two sprint races and one endurance race as part of the 2026 Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe.
A total of 17 race cars took to the track for the fifth practice session, including our drivers Pavel Bouška (#7) and Matyáš Faiereisl (#9). The session was interrupted for about 10 minutes by a red flag, which slightly shortened its duration.

The track temperature was 31 °C, humidity was 29%, and the sky remained clear.
We have two more practice sessions ahead of us today.
The fourth practice session took place from 10:00 to 11:00 and was interrupted for five minutes by a red flag. However, this did not significantly affect our practice runs. A total of 21 Porsche cars took to the track during the hour.

The temperature during practice reached 28 °C, and the humidity was 45%.

Today we will have four practice sessions for the drivers and testing of our race cars to fine-tune their setups for Saturday’s race. Each practice session lasts 60 minutes.

Immediately after finishing the run, coach Richard Gonda and a technician check the tire pressures and collect additional valuable data.
Proper tire management and optimal tire pressure significantly affect the car’s handling, so it is important to carefully monitor and evaluate these values.
Both drivers were riding at the Grobnik circuit in Croatia for the first time and were getting to know the track.

The fourth race of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe 2026 (PSCCE) will be held at the Grobnik Automotodrom in Croatia.
The circuit is 4.168 km long and has 18 corners. It was opened in 1978.
We will be entering two race cars for the fourth race with drivers Pavel Bouška and Matyáš Faiereisl in our Porsche 992 GT3 Cup cars.
